Sybil Erdin reports that Gulliver the Macaw is scheduled to be released from quarantine on August 7, 2008. Ms. Erdin and the Oasis Sanctuary were instrumental in bringing the castaway bird back to America after he was shipwrecked last December in the Kiribati Islands.
